Can i have bushido and parry with a 2h and also have parry and parry with a 1h and shield?

Yes, but your parry with 1H wep and shield is at 5% flat chance. Either stick with 2H weps and bushido/parry or 1H weps with parry. See http://uo.stratics.com/content/skills/parrying.php for more detail.

Yes, 120 bushido and 120 parry =40% chance with a 2H weapon, 35% with a 1H weapon, and 5% with a shield, assuming 100 dex.
