Keep bees alive

Hey i knew today that at march 17 i'm going to hospital for operation, is it possible to keep my bees alive all that time when i'll be there?

You can get a friend to potion them for you. They won't produce but they will stay at 100k & thriving.
If you are just gone for a day or two it is not too difficult to get them back up to100k & thriving

they are just breeding it's third day

just make sure your bees are set to co owner and it should be fine
