RK & Friends Vendor mall (IKEA EXCELSIOR) is now open
25 vendors
(Room for more, vendor spots free)
free runes on vendor as you walk in

I could help but also notice thar right in the corner beside his is the site of a future mall as well.. and the horse.. its the mall district..

Peak Hour at RK mall
Sat there 20 mins and had about 9 ppl come through
currently have 2 vendor spots left
$0 rental for life of contract (except your vendor does take wages for the items you sell)
Please ensure its stocked as I do not renew empty vendors!
