I don't see why at all Champion Spawn should be limited, its one of the most interesting part of the game and you can just TRY to find ONE champ all day long without finding any of them, Going to a champion and finding it down is simply boring
theres a virtue available to challenge the champions I think it should really work here on a kind of very high population server. especially with THAT MANY of champions that are missing.
Theres not enough champions for the population we face so thats why we have this issue.
a shard with more champions would definitely be nice for everyone that like to do champions!
frankly Speaking In your bests interests. I hope you can find a better ways to deal with the issues.
