Two questions about the Shard

I have two questions!
Is there any possibility to Admins introduce the elves and shard in your city?
I played in a shard once and it was a command to give the body decay and this gave some tokens, no such thing here in the shard?

#1 I'm sure it's possible but I'm sure there is also a reason that it is not implemented, don't know any more.
#2 Yes there is =) [claim gives you gold, tokens, and some stackables off the body, [claimall gives you tokens and EVERYTHING off the body.

Yes! I read it, but did not understand.
Because I always played on a shard of Brazil, and it was another command, and when I read the description of this command I thought it just removed the things of the corpse, not that disappeared with him.
