Excelsior

This is where you will request a date for a hosted event. When requesting an event, please state the date you would like, and the package you would like to purchase. Please also tell me approximately what times you play regularly, as I will need to come and meet with you to discuss the details and confirm your reservation.

How it works:
- If you would like to schedule something, you may request it in your post and I will get back to you to confirm or reschedule.
- Reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. If two players are requesting the same date, the person who posted first will be granted that date.
- You may only schedule one event per post. A player may request no more than 1 event per month, unless there is a lull in scheduling.
- You may sign up for 'last minute availability'. This means if I have an unexpected cancellation or opening, your party may be confirmed with as little as 3 days notice. However, if your event is too time consuming, I may not be able to confirm it for such little notice.
- There is a limit to the number of events I will do in a month. I will usually hold no more than 4 per month, unless otherwise stated. Also, I will not usually schedule more than 2 large-scale events in any given month. Begging me will not help. I'm only available when I'm available, and that's that.
- Absolutely NO place-holding posts are allowed. If you sign up in this thread falsely, or are not prepared to pay the full fee when I come to speak with you, your event will not be confirmed and you will not be permitted to schedule another event for 3 months.
- Your event is NOT confirmed until I have spoken with you in game and you have paid the fees.

Please keep in mind that due to RL obligations, I am not available in the mornings or early afternoons (Pacific US time) in most cases.

I will hold no more than 2 small or medium events per week and they must be at least 3 days apart. Large events will be only 1 per week. If I show availability for two days in a row, only one of those days may be selected.

Request whatever days and times you'd like and I'll try to accommodate you.

NOTE: If you have received a coupon from me, you are entitled to the % off stated on the coupon as well as priority scheduling. This means that if you are requesting a date that has already been requested (but not confirmed), you will be given that date. Your coupon must be surrendered at time of confirmation and payment.

+Nyx i would like to request a grand wedding on 6/9/12 at 2pm est. the bride and groom are KAINE and LUNA, i (Thadeus) have a guest list and the desired colors for the wedding. I am paying for the wedding as my wedding gift so plz confirm everything thru me. Thank you Thadeus
