Trouble getting Razor to work, please help!

Hello all, thank you for taking a gander at my post =)
I read the HowTo, followed it to the letter, and am still getting an error when I start.
I am running windows XP and have tried the registry fix, but its frustrating me! Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
