Hello, i used to play this shard for awhile, and took a few month long break, i can log into my account, but i cant log onto the excelsior shard, does anyone know why?

Perhaps Razor is interfering. Try uninstalling Razor and trying again.

before uninstalling try to connect manually through just the client. then check your firewall.
