buying portal maps

so everyone is clear on this. portal maps are not permanent, they decay after about 30 mins. normally people lock them down somewhere and tell people, because of this. i don't know the rules on selling things that go poof, but so everyone knows they do not stay.

Who sells em? When I get one I normally place it at a public place (e.g. TC?) since its like a rip off to sell something that only last about 30 mins?

it is kind of scandalous, but could be like give me gold i'll let you use it, but like larsa said most people just lock it down in TC and they let everyone have the chance or enjoyment of it.
