I tried to use skills from saying i pray to the gods but it says i need Piety.

Could someone be so kind enough to tell me how i get Piety ? sorry noob here =D

You need to go to an ankh ( there is one in Brit) and add tithe gold. Everytime you use a spell it will use some of those points

Quickly, not so much. Best thing to do is afk train skills in the training room. Start with a weapon, it won't be long before it destroys, then you will train wrestling. Its max 1 stat gain per 15 min. The only exception is if you have extra gold and you buy STR DEX or INT essences. They will raise the relevant stat by 1 point. They cost about 5-10k from player vendors.
