hey all..
I have tried to get uoam working on windows 8 but i have running into the black screen problem when i open uoam.
I tried to put the path in like i usually do to fix the issue but its not fixing it for me.. I think i downloaded it to my desktop as i cant find anything in my program files.. Any help would be appreciated.

you need to let the uoam configure your map files, its under settings..
