Races

As elves were menchioned today, my mind started crunching with ideas and over a talk with Rayne, we've come to a few ideas:

5 races, each having certain drawbacks and bonuses.
Here's a really quick draft of what we got for now.
There would be a race change deed that would cost 50k tokens.

Humans: regular
Elves: nightsight, 75 str cap, 70 energy resistance without armor
Lacerta:poison immunity, 75 dex cap, 70 poison resistance without armor
Ignis: better resistance to certain fire spells, 75 str cap, 70 energy resist
Glacia: 50% to paralyze anything you hit with a weapon, 75 intel cap,70 cold resist.

Just seeing how you all like it, if it's a good or bad idea. All opinions/critiques welcome. No ETA on when this will be done, if it will be done.

Just a quick comment on races:
I've seen races done on other custom shards and the only thing that REALLY bugs me is the hues that are often assigned to each race.More so bright ,ugly, neon colors that are an eye sore to look at over a long period of time. Think of staring at a character thats glacier staff color all the time. If at all possable, please take color into consideration when/if you do work out the races. Personal opion really, but I thought I'd throw that out there. Races though can be pretty cool though.I've seen the benefits of them.

Already thougt races thru, the race change deed would change your apearance, but wouldnt change the hue. That means if you want to be a lizard and youre a human, after the transition you'd be a lizard with human skin color. Which means youd need to get a unitub to get it to your preferred, perhaps green hue.

50% para and poison immunity are a lot more powerful than night sight, something like +10 to their archery cap or dex cap or something would be more on par.

Lacerta:poison immunity, 75 dex cap, 70 poison resistance wi

Does poison immunity and a 70 poison resistance seem reasonable? I mean, if you have immunity, then how does any resistance help?

Signed... Confused

From what i think i know, beeing poisoned and beeing given poison damage is different. If it's not, well then simply the poison immunity would do.

Being poisoned causes poison damage over time, being immune to poison stops you from becoming poisoned, however the poison resistance lowers the damage if you do become poisoned, poison immunity does not stop damage from say a valorite weapon, you need poison resist armour stat for that.
