From a recently banned player who was disrespectful to the staff in pages and world chat and then made various insults and such directly to +V in PM, and after that decided to take it to the forums for another tantrum. We all logged in today to a variety of nasty threats of lawsuit on the staff FB accounts and forum PM's.

We were so close to 100 days, too!

ahh no leg to stand on then.

First they wld have to be at loss for something...
Second they need to be able to proove they were wronged ... All the rules are in black and white.

I am sorry you guys had to go thorugh this kind of crud ... sucks ...
People use lawsuit as a scare tatctic (sorry about spelling ) but don't understand the real laws tom which they think they have standing for ...

Again .. I am sorry u all have to go through this kind of harassmenet ...

FWIW, threatening to file a lawsuit when you have no intention of doing so is actionable in many (all?) states. Really annoys the judges too.
