In need of help

I got disconnected from the game and while I am trying to log back on it continues to say user name or password is incorrect I have checked the spelling of both as well as taking my time typing in each field but I am still getting the same message is there anything I can do to resolve this issue

Sometimes it as simple as finding out that caps locks is on, or you are failing to capitalize one of your letters, etc. If those are meticulously checked and found to be all good, then if it was me, I would create a new account just to log in and submit a help request to resolve the issue; with the full intention of deleting new account as soon as problem is resolved.

Creating a 2nd account, could end with bad results even with innocent intentions.

In no case should a player make a 2nd account to ask for staff help. If you can't get into yours, simply send an email to ca@uoex.net with your issue and he will assist you as soon as possible. Posting on the forums is allowed, but not likely to result in any quicker answer, as coli checks his email a lot more frequently than the forums and V and I cannot assist with such issues as that.
