Curious about human skulls
Since the Dark Father in Doom has been changed to drop nothing, where would we find the human skulls for making the skull candles listed on the wax tool? There is a difference between the regular skulls and human skulls, by the way. Any information would be appreciated, thanks!

Oh - and I know the Black Lich Lord used to drop them, too...but he no longer spawns.
