Unable to use skill after Angel Form

Has anybody run into this? Whenever I go into Angel Form, I cannot use any skill like stealth or spirit speak unless I cast some sort of spell or perform some action like maybe hack at a tree. This action seems to free up the block. I have had this happen to me for a long time now but never worried about it because of the spell casting. But, it is a problem when I am playing my "Banished in Felucca" character as I am no longer able to hide until I chop at a tree, which I do not always have time to do. This happens going in to and out of Angel Form. It is not a major problem obviously, just a nuisance.

It happens to me too. I usually use Sacred Boon on myself right after taking Angel form because it serves two purposes, freeing me up to use skills again and raising my hp up to the new max.

All that's required in order to be able to use skills again though is doing anything that gives you a targeting cursor. You don't have to actually target anything if you don't want to - you can cancel out the cursor and still use skills again. If you have trouble remembering to do this, set a macro to do it all for you. For example (in Razor):

Say: [cs angelicfaith
Pause 2.60 sec
CastSpell Harm (#12)
Wait for Target
Exec: Cancel Current Target
