I just wanted to make a quick post to say thank you to +Colibri and his staff for providing me the opportunity to enjoy such an unique gaming experience here on Excelsior for the past 6 years. You have cultivated an atmosphere that allows anyone who invests themselves to feel like they belong to a caring family and community, I don't think you will find a shard anywhere that combines the friendliness of a large player base with exceptional shard administration. Oh sure, there are little bumps in the road now and then, but what family doesn't have that?
Normally, I like to hold some type of event to celebrate my events but I am going to hold off to save up for an even bigger event which will be my 2,500 day anniversary. I have given away over 50 million gp worth of items and gold over my last few events and I am hoping to even double that for the next one. I will keep you posted.
For those of you who want to know when my next event will be, just do the math, 2500 days minus 6 years.
6 Year Anniversery
Re: 6 Year Anniversery
You're making us think about it since we have to factor in leap years.

Not to difficult 365x6+2 = 2192 days
... 2500 -2192 = 308 Days hehe

Ok, ok. It will be 308 days from now. Who will be here besides me?

It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur. You take the front line when there is danger. Then people will appreciate your leadership.
