Just wonder what some of your fav websites are for UO information and tidbits.
Also what are some the the 3rd party programs you use and would recommend. Maybe any website that gives in depth tips on how such programs work.
What are your favorite UO websites?

Re: What are your favorite UO websites?
Since Excelsior is the only server I play on, I don't bother much reading up on any UO sites. I run into things here that I've never seen before that I'll look up on stratics or uoguide to get info on but that's about it. I used to be a big fan of the Wayback Machine and doing research on old, defunct UO sites - loved contributing to the Bug Reports sections, trying to help people achieve 'historical accuracy'. I'm kind of glad that historical accuracy is not even alleged to be a goal here and that those days are over.

A tidbit...
If you use Razor, under the "More Options" tab, Force Game Size to 1024x800.
The original game screen area was for when most people had 14" CRT monitors and graphics cards lesser than most smart phone capabilities. Most people have widescreen LCD monitors now, so can have a bigger play area. Be frugal though, as this game is still a 1997 gem, and will lag you if your screen size is greedy.
Experiment with other sizes, but that is my preference.
Go much bigger if you are standing still and want to take sceenshots, or trying to place house plots.
I'm also interested to know what most people use.

Wow you have forever changed my UO experience. Thank you!
Re: What are your favorite UO websites?
I recently ran into some problems on this shard where i was unable to see certain messages that appeared above my head as a macro(Devlin's Auto Target) i was using was spamming messages above my head at such a rate that i missed important messages on 2 occasions.
I am new to UO and was able to do alot of things with razor - but was never able to turn that messages of. As i am a Solusionist(dont know if the word exist) simply i find a problem i look for a solution - so i did some searching and found this program UOsteam(http://uosteam.com) it is branded as a replacement for Razor - I have not spend much time with it - but it does seemed polished - has a lot of Razor's in it and has great macro'ing and hotkeys as Razor.
It is new and is still being developed. It does from my limited experience seem to be a good alternative to razor - so far it does NOT spam so many useless messages like razor does.
If some one has experience with this program or macro's please share.
PS Crusader is back thanx to Mr +C

I want to let everyone know that UOSteam is just the new name for AssistUO. It's not a new program by any means. If you want to read dev talk about it, here's a link: uogamers.com/community/index.php?threads/541935/
