I am trying to return to the shard, but have possibly forgotten my login information.

Could one of the admins help me out with this? Thanks in advance.

How long have you been gone? And what are your character names? It's possible that the account doesn't even exist any longer

I doubt it has been the 6month mark where the account gets deleted.

Character does not exist. I believe that younger accounts played for only a month or two can be deleted before the 6 month mark. I would suggest shooting an e-mail to CA@UOEX.net and see if +Colibri can help you out. May need to include your IP address so he can search for your logins. I played for way more than a few months, but I will shoot them an email.

Well, still no response from my email I sent with info on the account/donation I made.

Yeah. I'm patiently (okay, maybe not that patiently) waiting for him to get back to me about restoring my old character.
