so I went to Alaska for a little less than a year had no internet access now im back home and would love to start playing the game again but I logged in and my guys were all gone like the account was erased is there anyway to reclaim the account I really don't want to start over I think if I have to start ill just move on to a different game. anyone have any feedback

Send an email to [email protected]. WIll cost some ED but if your account was built up its well worth it. Send Colibri the account name, character name on account, password, etc so he can locate it.

You can't get the account back, but you can get the toon back and bank contents. Anything in the house or stable will be lost.

Items on the toon and in the bank are recovered. Houses and anything in the house and stable is lost. You get the "credit" for any extra house slots or pet slots you had. You get all the skills you had before.

I just had this done a month or so ago.

I logged in the other night to find my main character missing. I tried to send an e-mail to [email protected], but, it came back as un-deliverable. I have not been able to get ahold of a moderator in game yet...can anybody help?

My missing character is Aaminuz.
