why is my resistance on minus?

when i take off my gear i have my physical resistance on -40 and rest of them on +10. I wasnt cursed and i dont have any necro spells on. Whats the problem?

Did you cast protection on yourself? You can re-cast it and if your resistances return to normal, you know that this is the problem.
