The Rat Quest From Joe The Apprentice

I am a new player who actually started yesterday morning. Since then I have done the rat quest I'd say 4 times or so. This morning I logged in and went to do it and he says that he is busy and come back later. This was about 10:30 am est time. It is now almost 4:30pm est time and he is still saying the same thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, when an NPC tells you he's busy, it means you're on another quest. Single click your character and select either 'abandon quest' or 'toggle quest items' to abandon it.
