I have a plot that was sunk the old way, manually by staff. I want to sink it another level. Since it was sunk manually by staff and not with the deed, will using the deed on it now work to sink it another level again?
Thanks.

Re: Question about Floor Sink
Sinks are not done by deeds any more you go into the house menu under cusomization to apply further house floor sinks. Keep in mind that most places only allow you 1 full floor that Generally only in Tram can you sink your house more than 1 full level. The menu options you get in the cusomization menu at the bottom will automatically check if your house is eligable to be sunk further or not ...
No need for deeds just make sure the ed is in your bank box before you use the menu to sink your house further ..

No problem ... I have had a little pratice with the sink option over the years with my entire city being sunk 1 full floor.
If your in Tram you can do all 3 floors 100 ed per floor .
I ll have to stop by and see what your planning on doing

Glad to help.
