Conecction lost problem

Do I have this problem continually, does internet continue working but does the connection fall with the server, can they help me please?

go to Speedtest.net and see if its you or excelsior

it is not lag problem, the server he goes perfect but every 15 minutes conection lost

hi check your internet connection speed at http://www.ip-details.com/ this provides you good results.

If your loosing connection every 15 minutes or so like clockwork then check your modem / router ... you are getting packet loss somewhere and it could be from your equipmenet or your isp... I have been on with out dc for over 24 hours ... so it s not on excelsiors end. You also might want to try to run spyware / antivurs to make sure you don't have something piggybacking your connection ...
Another quite common cause of UO dc is torrenting ... if you have a torrent client running in the bkgd you "CAN" get disconnects.... (NOTE: this does not occure to everyone).
Just some thoughts.

Also - Excelsior (or RunUO in general) has a safety against spamming commands to the server, so if you have any scripts/macros running and implement waits. I know disconnects happen to me if I try to run a macro that adds a lot of items to the keys without waits, but adding 0,25s wait between adds gives me no disconnects at all.
