want to be a good archer and at pve/pve hard to raise dex any advice?

Leave your character in the training room a couple days with a fencing training dirk. Lock str and int, leave dex pointed up. The continuous fencing will let your dex rise to 125 at a point every 15 minutes or so.

No prob. Note that your fencing must be under max for this to work. 75 (the max you can get in the training room) is fine but if you already GMed fencing you'll need to buy a powerscroll to raise your cap. If you already have 120 fencing then it gets a little harder. Check the wiki for which skills have dex as the primary component. Any that you haven't GMed and can practice in the trainnig room will do. Fencing is just the easiest.
