Looted double axe

Looted a DCI 18, 58 lightning, 58 hit lower attack. Obviously wish there was another hit, but if you would add two more 58s and use it as a champ weapon. Should I go for harm and then area or two areas? Or maybe I'm way off and appreciate advice.

Personally, I wouldn't waste my time on it. You have 116 points in hits. A more common 3x46 with an area and a hit spell already has 138 points. So you're talking base 406 base points on the 2x58 (not including the DCI because that will be easily achievable and capped with relayers) versus 506 base points on a 3x46 with a hit spell, an area, and either a leech or HLA, HLD. I would sell it on my vendor for relatively cheap.
