I created a forums account, is that the same for logging into the game? If so can I get some help because I am not able to load the game on the specified server info listed on the website

Hey there, around the time of your posting I also got an email so i'm not sure if that's you or not.

Forums and shard login are separate things. When you connect for the first time, the server creates the account with the username and password you've put in. If an account with that username already exists, you'd get a "invalid credentials" (wrong password) error.

If you are still having issues connecting, it's best if you send an email to [email protected] and I'll see what can be done about it.
