Those excess ED were taken away, just as they were from everyone else who did it, regardless of their intent. After all, we can't prove (nor do we have ANY interest in) someone's intent. We can only act based on your actions.

I'm leaving this tripe here for 1 day because I honestly think it'd be good for the shard as a whole to see the sort of nonsense we put up with. Basically gone? They are now progressive and reward players who vote regularly instead of once here and there. You can still get 1 ED by voting daily, as long as you do it consistently, which is way better in my opinion. (I don't think there should be any reward for voting personally, but if there is, i think progressive is a better way).

If you read back on January 30, 2014, it says 1ED was too big of a reward. http://uoex.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6 ... 210#p46617, yet you can still get this amount by voting consistently.

The reason the other player was mad, was because he was using the system in an unintended way (read exploiting by receiving the reward multiple times), and those 'extra's' were taken away. As previously mentioned, this person was also abusing the one account per person rule. He was mad that he got caught.

Just because you CAN do something, doesn't mean that it is ok to do that thing, or that that thing is not against the rules. If you are unsure, send a help request first, and ask.
