Getting the game started

Hello all,

i would like to join and actually i stuck in installation of the game. i downloaded Mondain's Legacy and installed it(without patching it), when i understood it right, i have to get a little file, that prevents the client from patching completely,and here is my problem, on the site is said:

For non-experienced users

1. Download the file from this link. This is a properly named file with nothing in it. (You should right-click the link and select "save as")

but i cannot download something from this link, i get the message "file not found".
Do i do something wrong ?
