Is it possible to get a guild chat tab on the portal.uoex.net if I am asking in the wrong place or the wrong media can someone please point me to the proper way to request or where to request it?

This is not something that is a part of our portal system. You can read the contents of your journal via the web API, by typing [account and then clicking the "ApiKey and Api information" button.

Such tabs for the portal may be available in the future but it is not something currently in the works.

There is an Easy UO macro out in the forums that you can easily change to get from world chat to guild chat that I would highly recommend.
