UOSteam: Two errors.

I receive an error when I log in to my account right after it says "Connecting..." saying " Unable to solve IP address shard.uoex.net". It still loads the game fine but I don't know if it's an indicator that something is wrong. Also, my hotkeys for macros don't work. I have the hotkeys enabled, and my hotkeys for other activities work just fine, however, any recorded macro doesn't run.

EDIT: I just noticed all of my macros cleared and it didn't save the recording.

Make sure no spaces in Addy and make periods and not comma's. Could also be windows firewall blockin

This may sound weird but make sure that all of the programs that you use for UO are run in Compatibility mode and run as administrator. In a lot of cases that fixes the error you were receiving about not being able to connect. If you are unsure on how to do that there is a post that I did under the Help section titled How to Fix Razor, its right at the top, that will walk you through how to do it.
