New shard center

We currently use Excelsior Halls as our primary location for the marketplace, meeting hall, bulk reagent stones, etc...
I've found that the whole place is actually not very practical, for example:
- The market is a bit too cramped. There is a "center" of the market but when you are there, it doesn't seem like youre really in the center.
- The meeting hall is a far walk to get to.
- There is no extra space for all kinds of items I or other staff would temporarily place. All the vending stones, teleport gates, and a few other things are packed into that small square around the teleporter.
- There's buildings that not many people use, but are close to the teleporter which is space that could be used for more useful things.

That's why i've made a draft of what could be the next shard center. It hopefully solves all the above issues.
I have just listed the positive things about moving to the new place, but consider that there are probably bad sides to that aswell.

It wouldn't be nice to just skip to the new place without enough reconsideration. Please reconsider before voting.

Poll runs for 15 days. If the results are good (not just 50%, but a big majority of the votes are for the new place), and if we don't find any good reasons not to move, we'll move in the start of december.

If you have any arguments (other than those written above) that are FOR or AGAINST this motion, please don't hesitate to say.

I really like the new layout. It is much easier to see around the entire vendor area in one screen and you don't have to walk around to see it all. I like the layout of it, and has a very open feel. If more room is needed in the future, you could just add floors and go up where the current area would be difficult w/o a complete reconstruction.

Just a note: the new place might look sterile, that's because there arent any decorations yet. Keep in mind that if picked, the new place would be nicely furnished.
