Buying a deco deed for a Well

If you have a deco deed for a well, I would like to buy it! I cannot seem to be able to make a complete well with my yard wand and there are no buckets that I know of for deco. >_<

I saw one on a grand auction before, so I know it exists. And if you would like to make some mithril, let me know!
