Now if your going bring rl into this then please read your state & federal laws about market monopolization and collusive price fixing.

sure i can read it but this isn't a monopoly for one. might want to brush up on your business.. when there are multiple entities then it's called a trust, and no there is no legal regulations on this virtual market as of yet.

I think one thing that might help would also be a list of pros and cons
For each counter. I remember when I bought my first bio
(From rossi) that I had no idea what made one attack better
Or one counter better then another.

I know wiki has descriptions but giving examples of real uses
And benefits of each would help people know what they are buying.

So few people make bio pets that I think there is need for
The information you guys have about them.

As far as the setting of prices I think they are fair prices. However at one time
There were a few people buying up ED's at reasonable prices and selling them
at unreasonable prices. If only a few people are able to completely control one
aspect of the game based only on the amount of money they can throw
at the shard then maybe the system needs to be looked into.

Anarchy and rossi are the only members of this trust I have had
Any dealings with. Both have been good to me and I don't see this as
Move to *screw* anyone I have never gotten that vibe from them.

Right now they have the pistols so they get to keep the peso's. If you don't like it
fight for a change in the system.

i have to post this but i used paint to conceal bad words and the identity of the person, because it was so funny. actually was a very cowardice move.

then if you notice he blocks me so i can't respond. hahahahahaha coward.

but let's show that i'm not making things up...

monopoly is defined as : In economics, a monopoly (from Greek monos / μονος (alone or single) + polein / πωλειν (to sell)) exists when a specific individual or an enterprise has sufficient control over a particular product or service to determine significantly the terms on which other individuals shall have access to it.
he competition law which states: Competition law, known in the United States as antitrust law, is law that promotes or maintains market competition by regulating anti-competitive conduct.[1]

The history of competition law reaches back to the Roman Empire. The business practices of market traders, guilds and governments have always been subject to scrutiny, and sometimes severe sanctions. Since the 20th century, competition law has become global. The two largest and most influential systems of competition regulation are United States antitrust law and European Union competition law. National and regional competition authorities across the world have formed international support and enforcement networks.

Modern competition law has historically evolved on a country level to promote and maintain competition in markets principally within the territorial boundaries of nation-states. Yet, at present most regimes allows for extraterritorial jurisdiction in antitrust cases based on so-called effects doctrine.[1][2]

The protection of international competition is governed by international competition agreements. In 1945, during the negotiations preceding the adoption of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) in 1947, limited international competition obligations were proposed within the Charter for an International Trade Organisation. These obligations were not included in GATT, but in 1994, with the conclusion of the Uruguay Round of GATT Multilateral Negotiations, the World Trade Organization (WTO) was created. The Agreement Establishing the WTO included a range of limited provisions on various cross-border competition issues on a sector specific basis.[3]

virtual corporations vs a trust legalities: new york times states this: Whenever one begins to discuss "virtual" entities two legitimate questions arise: 1) why use the term at all and 2) what does it mean? The answer to the first question is fairly simple. Two men coined the phrase in the early '90s and it has proven useful in describing a type of entity that did not previously exist. Bill Davidow may have originated the term in his book The Virtual Corporation (1992). It was further noted that such a "virtual" trust is out of the jurisdiction of the law.

hahahahaha what an idiot

No point arguing over this. Let them do what they do. No laws ingame , fairly easy to get around this as in my post above.

Might have been a good idea to just keep the trust private. Everyone
would just think that the prices you set in private were just the market
value.

Now its a conspiracy to take over the world, kill puppies and quite
Possibly be the real reason behind global warming.

Yeah wow this post is just outrageous now..... Look if you don't like the prices go ahead spend the millions of gold on ed's to buy up your luck or donate the hundreds of dollars in donations go and buy up all the orgs ya can see how much it actually costs and undercut us by 500k and watch as your bank account for some reason slowly dwindles to nothing.... then come back here and apologize cause you cant add and haven't been around long enough watching the market price on bios sky rocket... Where were just trying to make it a FAIR set price so the market doesn't fluctuate like lets say a T-hammer what are they selling for now 21 mil.....

Were there people selling fresh bios with trial by fire/counter heal for three mil? 3k hit points totally maxed out bios? Cause my understanding, they have been around 7 mil for over a year for the good ones. You could always get cheaper/used ones of course.

Oh and poster above me, you might want to edit your post to make it family friendly, the staff are extreme sticklers about that.
