So what makes that scepter good? I've made bows with more and better stats that aren't yet a leveled weapon.
And... I haven't even played for 1 month yet.

Seriously? in the picture the scepter is just a 3x38. if it had points spent it would have more than just those stats. besides that it is a looted item which gives you 5 points per level than some crappy crafted bow that gives you 3 per.

Fier: just add nps (no points spent) to the desciption and/or title and it will make it clear for everyone, especially new players. I dont think he/she meant to be insulting.
