about 5 years ago when admins had a special auction of server rare replicas ( http://www.uoex.net/forum/viewtopic.php ... ion#p61895 )i nominated this deed. i was told that the deed was not rare enough and the rarity cutoff seemed to be 29 existing but up till today ive only seen a total of 3 with my own eyes. maybe there was another reason my nomination was rejected or maybe the deeds are overlooked by their owners and are currently just rotting in secures.
if i didnt already own a villa deed id offer you at least 100 ed and might even go to 200 ed BUT not many people are as rares crazy as i am hehe.

First thing, thank you for the reply and information.
I've spoken with many vets / well known people from the server and non of them even know this deed existed.
I do not recall where it came from originally but it was in my bank when I returned from an extended break.
I am sure it was one of my houses back when I played always loved having a villa on the water.
so price range you would put at 5-10 million gold ? I know it's "worth what people will pay" but a general range helps a ton.

do a forum search for "deed to a two story villa" post is from an old admin listing rewards for a snake event in 2011 and the villa deed is listed as first prize. there shouldnt be more than one deed around though unless it was reused for other events. uoex is full of unsolved mysteries hehe
