You didn't say what it was relayered to, but if you can get 800 ED I would take it. It's missing enhance potions, one of the core attributes that should be on every relayer. That reduces it's value below the components. Also, 50 points were spent on faster casting, which is not a common choice since you get it for free with any SoP relayers.
