Upgrade your castle from the low-rent districts of the Malas clones to a very desirable Trammel neighborhood. Or drop the castle and build your dream complex of merged 18x18s. No spawn. 4688 item storage in the castle. 3019 in the keep. This Trammel location supports house sinking to all three levels.

Asking: 15M gold or 310ED. Includes castle and keep as placed (worth 1,438,000 gold).

For reference the last star house to sell at auction went for 75M gold. 50M if you consider the value of the embedded house slot deed. That was a single 18x18. This is a castle -and- a keep in a really nice location for less than a third of that.

At your option, I will build goza-mat stairs to the battlements prior to transferring the house. Find examples of what this looks like in my complex in the Fens of the Dead north of Trinsic. Alternately, you can reach the battlements with yard-wand stairs or house-to-house teleport deeds from the deco room.

Beware that you need three free house slots: two for the castle, one for the keep. If you're moving an existing castle (using the House Sign -> Ownership -> Move menu), I can at your option drop the castle for you clearing the way for yours.

You can recall (teleport) to the house from the rune locked down next to the Zookeeper vendor at World Teleport -> Public Moongates -> Britain as shown below. Just use the World Teleport to go there, cast recall and target the locked-down rune. Note that there are currently two runes, one leading to a different castle-fitting location for sale.
