Price check 6x38 Heavy Crossbow

Can someone help me with pricing a Heavy Crossbow?
Hit Dispel 38%
Hit Life Leech 38%
Hit Lightning 38%
Hit Lower Attack 38%
Hit Mana Leech 46%
Hit Stamina Leech 38%

2-3 million I'd guess. Tough to price. Don't see many 6x stuff. Too bad it wasn't a 6x46 or anything. Might be worth more if dispel ever does anything useful in the future.

are those the base stats or has it been leveled?

It could be leveled into something like 8x40... And i suppose dispel *could* play a role in Touria

Yes, these are base stats.
