Selling a "Small" Stone Keep on grass far east of Luna in Magda. No spawn. Has 3019 storage, more than the 2437 that an 18x18 has. Note that using yard wand items, goza mats and carpet, it's possible to add additional custom floors to this keep.
Asking 3M gold which includes the 573k plot.
Like Castles, Keeps rarely come on the market. Get it while you can.
A locked down rune to the house can be found by my vendor at World Teleport -> Public Moongates -> Britain
