Maybe just a note - all veteran rewards have the "number of months" marked on them. So if someone can get an ethereal charger and sells it to a nother player that is under 1 year of account age, that player will not be able to use it.
Not sure about the clothing. As for the monster statuettes, i think anyone can turn them on/off and lock them down.

Yes the Clothing does have the same guidelines as the charger they go by account age as do the Tubs. But Statues anyone can have.
If it is worth doing at all, it is worth doing well.
