Excelsior

There aren't any plots available in Tokuno closer than this one to the moongate/vendors and has been a good first plot for me. I found it especially handy for new alts where they can easily reach a bank stone or drop off BODS, storage, fishing, etc. I have received requests to buy this plot so I figured I'd post it on here in hopes I can make a little change to help me with some much needed gear upgrades.
