who owns this vendor please?

on the vendor ED and MORE, there was an invisible robe priced at 300k, owner stated it was less then the 500k on the vendorstones.. which lead me to belive it was a good deal, so i bought it. Guess what, i can not wear it as it is BLESSED for who ever bought it in the first place. I would like a refund of my money and i will gladdly return the item.

Im sure the vendor owner may not have known that no one would be able to wear it, so i think a refund isnt asking to much

I would request that the seller contacts Shal and refunds the purchase.

For the future, I guess I need to make certain things not to be even able to be put on vendors.

For now, i think the only two things that are binded to the account are invisibility shrouds and excelsior footwear. Also skillballs but we all know about those.
