Selling a Castle in the Fens of the Dead swamp north of Trinsic
Asking 5M gold or 90ED.
The last Trammel Castle sold for 12M gold. The swamp is not as nice a location but castle-sized spots in Trammel are limited. You might never find another. If you have a grandfathered 1-slot Castle sitting off in Malas, you can move it to the more desirable Trammel facet via House Sign -> Ownership -> Move House. There is some light spawn: gators, lizardmen, snakes and slimes.

Don't love the swampy location? Consider sinking the castle 3 floors. Three-floor sink is supported here via House Sign -> Customize -> Make sinkable. It leaves nothing of the castle above ground. In addition to having the castle completely underground, the original 31x31 ground above it is considered "inside" your house. You can play with yard wand items, deco such as auction tents and lockdowns to create something completely custom. Here's what an underground Keep looks like (sorry, I don't have a sunken castle, only a sunken keep). It's a little like having an auction house out in the Malas star field only it's in Trammel.

If you don't want to sink it, you can also get rid of the swamp in the courtyard by placing goza mats (tailoring skill, 25 cloth) on on the ground. Because they're a deeded house addon, they don't consume any lockdowns. I placed a few inside between the doors to give you an idea what that looks like.
For your convenience, you can recall to the castle from the rune locked down next to the Zookeeper vendor at World Teleport -> Public Moongates -> Britain as shown below. Just use the World Teleport to go there, cast recall and target the locked-down rune.
