Hello i would like to buy the recipe for the quiver of blight , if anyone has it for sell or the item itself would be even better , not sure if it exist on the server but i've seen a post dated from 2007 about it .

I have never seen the recipe drop and I've had hundreds of peerless recipes drop for me.

You can, however, get the Quiver of Blight in Heartwood for Elven Notes. Check the giant mushroom in front of the fletcher vendor. Exactly how many notes it costs, I do not remember. It's the already-crafted item.
