how much is the Mage's Inquisition armor worth/sell for..........also when crafting with runic hammers ontop of the resists you get on a item do you get to pick stats and other things like LMC or MR?

A gem of completation, which gives you a piece of the mage armor, costs around 9m.

Or you could also do the quest yourself, though i must warn you there's lots of dangerous monsters that need slaying.

As for crafting weapons and armor with runic tools, you can't pick which bonuses you'll have. You craft it and it's all already there.

the amount of mods on the crafted armor depends on which runic tool was used. :)

Define "Much mods", please. I've seen plenty of crafted armor that was very decent. You can't just compare it to a piece of legendary armor that can only be obtained by fighting the most deathly creatures on the shard, and almost all of them, too. :P

And on skill...and luck (not character luck, but the real tangible form which we all experience in daily life) ;)
