Auctioning off the rent for the house next to Trinsic Bank.

I've forgotten to put the house for rent in the auction we've had today, so here is the one thing we missed, the rent for the house next to trinsic bank.
Keep in mind you are just bidding on the weekly rent. The person who wins this bid, will get temporary possession of the house, having to pay the amount of money every week. There is no minimum amount of time for which you need to rent the place, though please if you are not interested in keeping the store open for a longer period of time, don't bid. We don't want to be re-auctioning this house every 2 weeks.
The bid starts at 400k.
Bid increments are 50k.
