*edit* The water house does not use a house slot. So if you own 2 houses, you can still have it also.

That was a great house and it really needs a big money to buy it. And it needs a long time for me to earn money like that. I've been interested to that house and I will be very glad if I will be given a chance to go there. lol.

Calan's long long gone, but the water house remains. The gate at House Gates is still there for it and Calan is still listed as owner.

So many people gone... Work hard all summer, then log on to play in the fall, and most of those you remember are gone to greener pastures. Make new friends, join a new guild... the following winter they are all gone again.....
