out of my 304 crafted yumis, exactly 0 have those 3 attributes

strangely enough there are no looted yumi's in the game, and you have 300 eds to spend. this is what i suggest.
find a looted item. something with 3x 46% or higher with those stats. there are some out there. in fact i believe i gave a few of them out in the Casino. next i would use 200 eds of them to change that weapon into a yumi.
reasoning: crafted items only get 3 points per level while looted items get 5 pts per level.
