Buying looted weps

Buying 4x46% +hit and 3x14% or 4x12% resist weps. Paying well
Qualifiers: Dispel/Dmg Increase dont count towards the 4x46
no 3x12% resists please
Ideal wep = ML/Lightning/HLA/ LL or HLD
